Production Blog: Coming to an End

Today was a productive day for filming. I got the chance finish the rest of my filming in one day. Today was the day where I finish my music video. After school today I had practice for my homecoming game. I had practice from 4 to 6. From 6 to the rest of my day I was able to film the rest of my music video. That is exactly what I did. I started my filming by shooting my scenes at school. All of my extra characters were at school with me, so it was easy for me to get started. My cameraman was also at school, and he was ready to film. I started filming with the short and easy scenes. The first scene I filmed was the scene of me dancing in my school's band room. This one only took one take because, I did not have high expectations in my dancing, and I was satisfied with the results. My next scene was me sitting on the trunk of a car where I am singing along to my song. This scene took a few tries because I kept on getting distracted by cars pulling in and out of the parking lot. After filming that scene, I went for a back-to-back. I filmed the scene where I was being chased by one of my extra characters. Directly after, I filmed the scene where I am speaking to her. I then filmed the scene where I was dancing in a parking lot. Finally, my last two scenes at school were me using my phone, and me walking away from the camera. Both of which were easy and took one shot. I then headed home and wrapped up all my filming. I shot the scene of me in the driver seat of a car. After I headed inside my home to film the scene of me laying down singing along. All that is left for me to do now is edit my scenes and put my video together.
